Fishing is Hot!

The light-tackle, striper fishing has been red hot lately.  It’s not going to last forever, so book your trip now!  Remember, there are 7 days in a week—Saturdays are the worst to go fishing.  It’s a crowded, circus out there on the weekends, so Monday through Thursday is the best bet.

Open June Mornings: 14, 18. 20 , 24, 25, 27, 28, 29

Open June Afternoons:  13, 15, 22, 23, 27, 28, 30

Mornings run:  5:30–11:30

Afternoons:  12:00–6:00

We can take up to 6 and dogs are welcome!

Fall Rockfishing on the Chesapeake

The air and water are cooling, but the fishing is getting hot. Now, is the time to book your Fall Rockfishing trip aboard The Last Hurrah. We have prime, weekday trips open from now until the Season ends on: December 10th.

Fall Fishing on the Chesapeake Bay

The weather is cooling down and the ridiculous crowds are getting smaller. It’s time for the best fishing of the year….Fall on the Chesapeake Bay. Rockfish are schooling up and feeding hard as water temperatures drop. Last Hurrah Charters is looking forward to some stellar Fall fishing. The season runs until December 10th. The boat is enclosed, heated, and dog-friendly. Let’s Go Catching!

Rock-N-Blues !

Fishing is hot right now with the last several charters yielding double-limits of both Rockfish and Bluefish! The blues won’t be around much longer, so don’t wait in booking your Chesapeake Bay fishing charter aboard The Last Hurrah! Weekdays are the the way to go as weekends are a circus with large crowds.
