Open May mornings: 1,15, 17, 18, 19, 22, 30, 31
Open May afternoons: 2, 3, 6, 9, 10, 11, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31
We will be fishing out of Herrington Harbour North (421 Deale Road, Tracy’s Landing, MD) during May, & out of Atlantic Marina on the Magothy (487 New York Ave., Pasadena) for the summer. All trips are approx. 6-hours. We can take up to 6.
The Maryland Striped Bass (Rockfish) Season kicks off May 1st and it will be here before we know it. The Last Hurrah is currently undergoing some major upgrades including a brand new, Cummins 370 horsepower motor, new transmission, and spray-rails. Captain Scott is hand-tying hundreds of his proven, trophy rock lures and preparing the rest of the tackle.
We are now booking May and June trips. We can take a maximum of 6 customers. We run two trips a day, 7 days a week. 5:30 a.m. and 12 noon departures.
The 2022 Maryland Striper season is the same as last year—May 1st through May 15th being the “Trophy Season” and May 16th–Dec. 10th the regular portion of the season.
We can take a max of 6 customers. One group hires the boat for private charter.

November and December provide some of the best fishing of the year. Hooking two fish on every rod, at one time is commonplace lately. Here are the last open dates for this season:
November: 8, 10, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25
The MD Season goes until December 10th and this “last hurrah” can be the best fishing of the year!

November: 4, 8, 9, 10, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27
December: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.

A little cold front has unleashed the fish and it’s been game-on out there the last few days. From now until December 10th is the best time of the year to go fishing. Ironically, the calendar is way too open! Fish are schooling up and biting like crazy. This is the time of year when hooking 10 to 20 fish simultaneously is fairly commonplace. We can take a max of 6 customers, but less is fine. One group hires boat for private charter. Let’s go catching! (Boat is enclosed, heated and comfortable).

It’s finally starting to act like Fall out there, and the fish are getting feisty! We’ve had some recent trips with 5 to 15 nice Rockfish hooked up simultaneously. Let’s book up November and December. Our last open October dates are: 20, 21, 25, 26, 28.
We have this Thursday and Saturday available for charter.
