Weekly Report: 7/26-7/31
The rockfish were schooled up and hungry for the most part this week. Live-lining and trolling were the ticket. I had a cancellation on Saturday, so I went by myself. Caught stripers to 30-inches on light tackle with topwater plugs and then trolled up bluefish and my first spanish mackeral of the year. It won’t be long before the mackeral are thick. Fishing is good and the weather is cooling down. I still have some dates—call or email now to book a trip!
