There are 7 days in the week, and we fish all of them! The weekends are by far, the toughest fishing due to massive crowds. It’s well worth taking a weekday off from work to go Monday through Thursday. We fish two trips every day: 5:30 a.m. to 11:30 and 12-Noon to 6:00 p.m. All licenses, rods, tackle and fish-cleaning are provided. We’ll run out of HHN Marina in Tracy’s Landing for May, and then from Atlantic Marina on the Magothy for the summer months in order to stay on the fish. We are family and dog friendly!
The Season is just days away and the Last Hurrahhas never looked or ran better! We have spent the last few months inside a shop working tirelessly, making major upgrades including a brand new Cummins 370 HP diesel motor.

All trips are approx. 6-hours. Weekdays–$700 flat for boat; Sat./Sun.–$750. Mate works for tips. We can take up to 6.

The Maryland Striper Season kicks off: May 1st with the first 15 days being “Trophy” Season. This is when the jumbo, migrating fish are in the Bay for their annual spawning ritual. May 16 through December 10th is the regular, resident striper season when the fish are smaller but the action is typically faster. We’ll be running out of Tracy’s Landing (Deale) MD for all of May and then moving the boat north for the summer to stay on the bite. Our new, summertime marina is: Atlantic Marina on the Magothy in Pasadena. This facility is a major improvement over past summers, and while closer to the fishing grounds, it is only a few minutes north of Annapolis by car.
We run two trips a day, 7-days a week and we can take a maximum of 6 customers. Mornings depart- 5:30; afternoons- 12:00. One group hires the boat for private charter. We are family & dog-friendly so bring your pups!

From June through August, the Hurrah is going home! We are happy to announce our new summertime marina is: Atlantic Marina on the Magothy, (The Last Hurrah’s original dry-dock marina). For the last five summers, we have moved the boat north to Annapolis to stay on the fish. Last year, even that wasn’t far enough. This new marina is only a few minutes longer by road from the south but will save considerable time on the water. Plus, it is an excellent facility and a major upgrade over past summer dockages. This is the best time of year for a chance at a fish of a lifetime. If faster action is your preference, May 16th onward is typically great for schooled up, resident Rockfish. We can take a max of 6 customers and everything is provided but your food and drinks.
