One Last Hurrah Before Summer is Over

The Maryland Striped Bass (Rockfish) Season comes back in:  Tuesday, August 1st. There’s still time for one last hurrah aboard The Last Hurrah before summer is in the rearview.

Open August Dates: 4, 8, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31.

We can take up to 6 human customers and dogs are always welcome.  Fishing has been phenomenal so far this summer.  Don’t miss out on the fun!

You Won’t Wanna’ Miss It!

The last five weeks has provided some of the best summer striper fishing that I have ever witnessed.  The fishing couldn’t be any better…. but the bookings have room for improvement.  The last two weeks of July is closed for Striped Bass fishing.  We’re now filling the last, few July dates as well as building August.  Time for one “last hurrah” before summer is in the rearview. Let’s make it count!

Available May Dates

The regular, resident Striped Bass Season kicks off May 16th, and we still have dates left to fill.

Open May morning trips (5:30-11:30):  20, 23, 28, 29, 30, 31.

Open May afternoon trips (12:00-6:00): 16, 17, 20, 22, 26, 30, 31

Just a reminder that we can take groups up to 6 and dogs are very welcome on board. We are running out of Atlantic Marina on the Magothy, just 30 minutes from both Baltimore and Annapolis.

Let’s go catching!

Booking the Last Few May Dates

It’s almost time! Season starts May 1st.  The first 15 days is Trophy Rockfish Season and not for the impatient.  Starting the 16th, we can target and keep the resident Rockfish.  The boat is running great and ready to roll.

We have open afternoons as well, but here are the open May Mornings:  2, 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 18, 21, 23, 27, 29, 30, 31.

We are only 30 minutes from Annapolis and Baltimore—Atlantic Marina on the Magothy in Pasadena.  We can take up to 6 and dogs are welcome on board.  Let’s go catching!

May 1 Rockfish Season

The Maryland Trophy Striped Bass (Rockfish) Season will start May 1st and run until May 15th. The Resident Striped Bass Season will run May 16th through December 10th with a 2-week break in July. We are currently working non-stop to ensure that the boat, reels, tackle and assorted gear are all in tip-top shape for the 2023 season.

The fish have been up north the last handful of years, so that is where we’ll be located— Atlantic Marina on the Magothy at: 487 New York Avenue, Pasadena, MD 21122. This marina is less than 40 miles by road from our old, Tracy’s Landing dock, and it will save several hours of run-time on the water. This equates to more fishing time.

Dogs are always welcome aboard The Last Hurrah. Per regulations, we cannot exceed 6 human customers. We run 7 days a week with Mon-Thurs being the best fishing. (Weekends are very crowded on the Bay with very little common sense or courtesy.) Let’s book up the calendar!

MAY 1 Season Start

May 1st – May 15th is Trophy Rockfish Season, May 16th – Dec. 10th is Resident Rock Season. Let’s book ’em up!
Running out of the Magothy. Can take up to 6 passengers. Dogs fish for free!
