Best Time of the Year!

The Fall fishing pattern is unfolding, and from now until December 10th will likely be the best fishing of the year.  We are already enjoying some exciting all-rods-down simultaneously action and limits of fat “football” fish.

We have October 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 29, 30, 31 and most of November open for charter.  We can take groups up to 6 and dogs are always welcome.  Let’s go catching!

Stop Wishin’ and Go Fishin’!

The 2023 Maryland Striped Bass Season has been underway for almost a month now, but this economy is keeping holes in our schedule.  We still have prime, June trips available.  We’re hailing from Atlantic Marina on the Magothy in Pasadena, MD which is less than 30 minutes from Annapolis and Baltimore.  We can take groups up to a max of six people, and customers are welcome to bring their dogs along on the fishing charter!  All licenses, rods, tackle, gear, fish-ice while we’re out, and rockfish-cleaning are all included!
So grab some friends, family members, employees, colleagues, neighbors, kids, dogs, or whoever and book your fishing trip on The Last Hurrah!  We run 7-days a week (weekdays are the best fishing as weekend crowds are bad).

Season is almost here and we have a few May dates still available. We will be running two trips a day, 7-days a week out of Atlantic Marina on the Magothy River, conveniently located within 30 minutes of Annapolis and Balitmore. All Tricked Out and Ready to Roll

The Last Hurrah is back in the water and ready to rock!
Last year, She got a brand new Cummins 370 diesel motor, spray rails, and a new deck. This year, we’ve installed a new ZF transmission, a new trolling valve, a new propeller, and a new electric toilet. 35 Okuma SLX trolling reels have all been cleaned, greased and re-spooled with fresh line. We are back on the Magothy River at Atlantic Marina in Pasadena, MD. This is a quality facility that puts us closer to the fish. The marina is less than 30 minutes from Annapolis and Baltimore, and about one hour from Washington D.C.
If you are looking for first-class Chesapeake Bay fishing charter, then look no further. We have all the gear, the tackle the experience, and the knowledge to provide you with a safe, fun and productive fishing adventure. Captain Scott is one of the few, full-time Captains who does NOT employ fill-in Captains. The Last Hurrah has taken thousands of charters, and he has personally run every single one of them. We strive to please our customers and keep them coming back. Grab your friends, family members, co-workers, and dogs and enjoy Maryland’s bountiful Chesapeake Bay,

Nail Down Your Date

The Maryland Striped Bass Season starts: May 1st and our dates are going fast. The first fifteen days are “Trophy Striped Bass Season”. These migrators are massive, but tougher to come by. Starting May 16th, we can catch the resident Stripers which school up in large numbers. We will be running 2 trips a day, 7 days a week out of Atlantic Marina on the Magothy in Pasadena, MD. We can take up to 6 humans and all the dogs you wanna’ bring!
