The regular Rockfish Season begins May 16th when the limit doubles to 2 fish per angler and they only need to be 19″. You can still keep any big ones that may be around also. The Maryland 2019 Fishing Season is off and running! The Trophy Rockfish run has been tough during the first few days, but the bite is showing signs of improvement and things can change substantially within a few hours on the Bay. The legal limit for Trophy Season is: One Rockfish (striped bass) per angler, per day at 35-inches or longer. Starting May 16th, the limit doubles to two fish per angler, one extra for the crew and they only need to be 19-inches and longer. These resident fish school up and the action has been excellent during the last 2 weeks of May in recent years.
We run 2 trips a day, seven days a week. 5:30 a.m. departure and 12:30 or 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon. We can take a max of 6 customers.

We offer a 5:30 a.m. departure and a 12:30 p.m. departure, seven days a week. We can take up to 6 customers; one group hires the boat for private charter. Weekdays are always better because of smaller crowds.
